Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges) on un-worn, un-washed garments. Original merchandise tags must be included with all returns.

Items shipped factory direct, heavily discounted items ($10 last chance items) and special event products such as game used and gameday matchup pucks are not refundable.

Customized jerseys including player jerseys and stitched jerseys are not refundable. After 24 hours from when the order is placed, custom or stitched jersey orders cannot be edited, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
